Choose by the work you need.

Begin with the financial question and the responsibilities your team already owns.

01

Core

You need period reports, product and channel contribution, a 12-month budget and a cash plan for inventory commitments.

02

Growth

You need to compare pricing, marketing, hiring or funding choices with CFO strategy, scenarios and planning reviews.

03

With your bookkeeper

Keep the preparation already working well. Assign review and analysis explicitly and price that division of work.

The audit is free. Plan the follow-on work separately.

A diagnostic, reporting setup, historical cleanup and recurring finance work solve different tasks.

Free initial finance audit

Review the agreed period and records. Receive a findings report, supporting evidence, next steps and a discussion. The initial audit is free; further paid work is optional.

Reporting setup

Map accounts and payouts, define COGS and contribution, organise inputs and set the budget and cash assumptions. The quote lists the setup tasks and their fee.

Historical cleanup

List the periods, missing documents and adjustments to resolve. Price the backlog separately from recurring reporting.

Recurring finance work

Choose the reports, analysis and review schedule. The written scope sets the monthly fee, start date and responsibilities, including any software or specialist costs.

What determines the work and fee?

Count the records to reconcile and define the decisions and reports to support.

01

Channels and transactions

Stores, marketplaces, payment providers, settlement complexity and transaction volume.

02

Entities and inventory

Entities, currencies, warehouses, product range, costing records and supplier terms.

03

Historical records

Unreconciled periods, missing documents and adjustments needed for consistent reports.

04

Analysis and responsibilities

Scenario depth, report coverage and the preparation and review work already handled by your team.

Put the engagement terms in writing.

Define fees, dates, responsibilities, scope changes and handover before paid work starts.

Scope and fee

Your quote identifies the accounts, periods, channels, reports, planning work and review responsibilities. The fee reflects that scope and the condition of the records.

Initial and recurring work

Separate paid setup, cleanup and implementation from the recurring monthly fee. State applicable charges and taxes before paid work starts.

Payment and start date

Set invoice timing, payment dates, record requirements and the work start date in the engagement.

Changes to scope

Price additional channels, entities, backlog or analysis before expanding the work. Record the revised responsibilities, fee and effective date.

Cancellation and handover

Define the engagement term, notice period, final charges, delivered files and rights to use them in writing.

Specialist work

Define tax, statutory assurance, consolidation, multi-currency, lender or fundraising requirements as separate assignments with their own delivery owners.

Reporting and review schedule

Agree report dates, forecast updates, strategy sessions, support channels and responsibility for each input during onboarding.

Questions about the plans.

Use the package comparison and these answers to prepare the work brief.

Does Core include a budget and cash forecast?

Core groups a 12-month budget and plan vs actual, a 13-week cash forecast, and inventory and purchase-order cash planning. Growth adds CFO strategy and decision scenarios to those foundations.

What if I already have a bookkeeper?

Build the analysis and cash plan around your existing records. Assign bookkeeping, close preparation and review to named owners, then reflect that division of work in the scope and fee.

Is historical cleanup included?

Price cleanup as a separate scope covering the periods, missing records and adjustments to resolve. Set its dependencies before recurring reporting starts.

What if I sell through several channels or entities?

List the channels, providers, entities and currencies to cover. Reconciliation complexity, inventory and any consolidation or multi-currency reporting affect the work and quote.

How is setup priced?

The quote lists the setup tasks and their fee separately from recurring work. The initial finance audit is free.

How do I change the level of support?

Define the additional reports, analysis or decision support, then agree the revised scope, fee and start date before the change.

How are cancellation and handover handled?

Set the term, notice period, final charges, delivered files and access removal in the written engagement.

How is the monthly fee determined?

The fee follows the accounts, channels, transactions, inventory, reporting and analysis in your scope. Use the free audit to identify the work, then receive a quote for the paid engagement.

Is the initial audit free?

Yes. The initial finance audit is free. It includes a findings report, supporting evidence, next steps and a discussion. Setup, cleanup, implementation and recurring work are priced separately.

Do I need to buy Core or Growth?

No. You can take the free initial audit without buying a monthly package. Any further work is agreed separately.
